1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Actor Dubbing Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not access our services.

2. Service Description

We provide professional dubbing services including:

• Voice-over recording in multiple languages
• Script adaptation and translation
• Audio post-production
• Subtitling and closed captioning

Specific service details will be outlined in individual project agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate project specifications and materials
• Supply scripts in editable digital format
• Obtain necessary rights for source materials
• Provide timely feedback during review periods
• Make payments according to agreed schedules

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Client Materials

You retain all rights to materials you provide. We use them solely for your project.

4.2 Deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive full rights to final deliverables. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4.3 Studio Property

All proprietary methods, tools, and techniques remain our intellectual property.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

Prices are as quoted unless otherwise specified. Custom projects receive individual quotes.

5.2 Payment Schedule

• 50% deposit upon project initiation
• 50% balance before final delivery
• Rush projects may require full prepayment

5.3 Late Payments

Overdue payments incur 1.5% monthly interest. Projects may be put on hold for payments >30 days late.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Client Cancellation

Cancellation fees apply based on work completed:

• 0-25% completed: 25% of total fee
• 26-50% completed: 50% of total fee
• 51-75% completed: 75% of total fee
• 76-100% completed: 100% of total fee

6.2 Studio Cancellation

We may cancel projects for:

• Non-payment
• Abusive behavior
• Illegal content
• Force majeure events

7. Revisions & Approvals

Our standard service includes:

• 2 rounds of revisions for standard projects
• Additional revisions billed at hourly rates
• 5 business day review period for each stage

Silence during review periods constitutes acceptance.

8. Confidentiality

We agree to:

• Keep all client materials confidential
• Use NDAs when requested
• Limit access to project teams

Exceptions apply for legally required disclosures.

9. Liability Limitations

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project. We're not liable for:

• Consequential or indirect damages
• Client misuse of deliverables
• Third-party services or platforms
• Acts beyond our reasonable control

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiations (30 days)
2. Mediation with a neutral third party
3. If unresolved, binding arbitration in Jurisdiction

Each party bears its own costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes won't apply retroactively to active projects.
